Probably wondering what the next steps are. 

1. Simply fill out this form letting us know you are ready to talk about eXp Realty. Bob and Sandy will set up a meeting through Zoom to answer any questions you may have and to assist you in the application and onboarding process.

2. Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.  Once you’ve met with our team and are ready to join, we’ll send you the eXp Realty “Join Application”. Complete this short form and you’ll receive your Independent Contractor Agreement. Once you’ve electronically signed this document, you’ll await further instructions via email.

3. Transfer your state license to eXp Realty.  Within 24-48 hours after e-signing your Independent Contractor Agreement, you’ll receive an email with state-specific instructions on transferring your license to eXp Realty. Follow these instructions closely and typically your license will be transferred to eXp Realty by the next business day. This is dependent upon your state licensing board so times can vary.

4. Onboarding and System Orientation.  Once your license is officially active with eXp Realty, you’ll receive multiple emails with your login and setup instructions for eXp Enterprise, eXp World, kvCORE, Workplace, and much more.
