He was the past President of the Oklahoma REALTORS Land Institute (RLI), the 2010 OK RLI Broker of the year. He is one of Southeast Oklahoma's leading Cattle, Land, Timber & Minerals Specialist and is on the OREC Forms Committee. His on running sales volume in SE Oklahoma alone exceeds $60 million. Bob is the managing broker of the Accredited Land Brokers Team with eXp Realty and an Accredited Land Consultant through RLI. Bob is always eager to pass his knowledge and experience of real estate, ranching, feedlots, farming, communication, marketing and business skills onto his team. Sandy Bahe

Sandy Bahe, has been in the real estate industry for more than 27 years. She has a degree in Business Administration and Management, and is an Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), and an Accredited Buyer Representative. Sandy grew up in SE Oklahoma in the timber country with cattle and horses and has personally owned and managed two ranches. Sandy’s 40 years of hunting experience has brought her several hunting stories to tell around a campfire. Sandy was a past president of the Oklahoma Realtors Land Institute, the 2011 Oklahoma RLI Realtor of the year, and the past State Director for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors. She is an active member of the National and Oklahoma Realtor’s Land Institute, SE Oklahoma Association of Realtors (SOAR), National Association of Realtors, Accredited Land Consultant Allies, OK Cattleman’s Association, and a supporting member of the National Cattleman’s Beef Association. Sandy is also an active member in her community and church.

What are the commission splits and fees with eXp?

Can I still join eXp Realty if I am not located in your state?
Absolutely! eXp is set up that no matter where you live in the united states, or other countries that eXp is located in, that you can join. Even if your sponsor (the person that introduced you to eXp) is not in the same state as you.
Where is my office?
Because eXp is a cloud based office there are no brick and mortar eXp offices. eXp agents and brokers work from their home offices, remote office space like the Accredited Land Brokers Team Office or the Regus Co-working Center (each eXp professional receives a free membership).
If I need help with something, who do I call?
Your state broker, sponsor and/or mentor can answer many of your questions, but you can also pop into the virtual office (eXp World) and visit the accounting department, technology team, and more. The virtual office is open about 10 to 12 hours a day so it’s super convenient for agents. You can also visit eXp Workplace and chat with your brokers, transaction team, accounting, stock services, and more.
Is eXp a good fit for brand new agents?
Yes!!! eXp offers the FastStart training program for new agents, as well as new agent masterminds, and 50+ hours of live training each week. Also, all new agents are paired with a local mentor that works with them on their first three transactions (and beyond if you’d like) for a small mentor fee. As a new agent at eXp, you have such a great support system with your broker, mentor, and sponsor and you always have someone to answer your questions and help get your business off the ground.
